In some cases , however, we may ask for personal information in order to provide the services you request. Such information will be used by KVA only to conduct official school business and will never be disseminated by KVA to any unaffiliated third party. This website is intended to provide news and information about KVA. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of content.
No part of this site or its contents - including, but not limited to, the school logo - may be copied, reproduced, modified, retransmitted, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise transferred without written permission from KVA.
Information Collection and Use
KVA does not track, collect or distribute personal information about site visitors. However, we do collect some information about site visits. We have access to domain names and I.P. addresses of visitors. We compile statistics that show the number of visitors and the number of requests we receive for particular pages or files on the site. These statistics are used internally to evaluate and improve the site. The statistics contain no personal information (or email addresses) and cannot be used to gather such information.
KVA Parents may be provided access to specific password-protected areas of our website, which may contain personally identifiable information, such as contact information for other KVA parents or families.

KVA is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. We do not post names and images of students without written consent from our parents.

Our website offers publicly accessible blogs. You should be aware that any comments you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information or other content from our blog, contact us at admissions@kerrvance.com.
