Fall 2023 “Ticket To Play”
NO TICKET NO PLAY!
All Kerr-Vance Academy athletes participating in a Fall Sport must have all paperwork completed with the appropriate signatures and turned in prior to practices in order to receive a “TICKET TO PLAY”. All of the required paperwork and fees can be submitted on the dates found below. Free physicals will be offered on campus on the noted date.
The “TICKETS” will be issued in the Main Lobby of the Lower School for all fall sports on the following dates:
Thursday, July 27, 6:00 pm - 8:00 p. Free sports physicals will be offered and available on campus. This is the only chance for a free physical this school year. Take advantage whether or not you are playing a Fall sport.
Requirements to get a Ticket to Play (forms have links so you can print, complete, and sign)
Pay the $225 sports fee.
Anyone playing a FALL SPORT must have a physical exam that will Not Expire until after the season. For the fall season, the exam expiration date will be after November 20, 2023.
It is the athlete’s responsibility to get his/her “TICKET TO PLAY” card and turn it in to the coach on the first day of practice.
It is the Parent’s /Athlete’s Responsibility To Have All Forms Completed. Forms Will Not Be Accepted Unless They Are Completed.
