2023 Winter Sports Practices

Practice Start Times:

  • Cheer: Monday, October 30 from 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm in the cafeteria.

  • Swim: Thursday, November 2 from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm at the Henderson YMCA.

  • Basketball - JV Boys: Monday, October 30 from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm in the little gym.

  • Basketball - Varsity Boys: Monday, October 30 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm in the little gym. There will be a parent meeting after practice on November 6.

  • Basketball - JV & Varsity Girls: Monday, October 30 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm in the little gym. There will be a parent meeting after practice on November 6.

Reminder: Student athletes will not be able to practice until a “Ticket To Play” has been obtained from Coach Joyner.
