Fall 2024 “Ticket To Play”
NO TICKET, NO PLAY!
All Kerr-Vance Academy athletes participating in a Fall Sport must have all paperwork completed with the appropriate signatures and turned in prior to practices in order to receive a “TICKET TO PLAY”. All of the required paperwork and fees can be submitted on the dates found below. Free physicals will be offered on campus on the noted date.
The “TICKETS” will be issued in Main Gym Lobby and offices for all sports on the following date. Free Physicals will also be available that are good for the entire school year.
Thursday, July 25th, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Requirements to obtain a Ticket to Play (forms have links so you can print, complete, and sign):
Pay the $225 sports fee. (Families must sign-up to work at least one gate and/or concession stand or they will be billed an extra $75 at the end of the season.)
Anyone playing a Fall Sport must have a physical exam that will Not Expire until after the season. For the Fall season, the exam expiration date will be after November 26th, 2024.
It is the athlete’s responsibility to get his/her “TICKET TO PLAY” card and turn it in to the coach on the first day of practice.
It is the Parent’s /Athlete’s Responsibility To Have All Forms Completed. Forms Will Not Be Accepted Unless They Are Completed.
