Athletics Kickoff Meeting and Registration Process

I hope that you all have been enjoying the summer so far. I am very excited for the upcoming school year and fall sports season. We wanted to give you some updates regarding our kickoff athletics meeting and the new athletics registration process.

• The mandatory athletics kickoff meeting will be held on Monday, July 29th at 6:00 pm in the gym.  Most of our athletic teams will begin practicing the days following the sports meeting.

• All of the paperwork for athletic registration will be completed online this year through Kerr-Vance Academy's Family ID webpage.  The program is very user friendly and should not take too long to complete. Physicals will be directly uploaded to this site as well. Physicals may be uploaded as pictures or scanned copies.

• Athletic fees may be turned in to the front office, the business office, or the Athletic Director. As a reminder, student athletes will not be allowed to play in any regular season games without previously paying their athletic fee.

• This year Kerr-Vance Academy is emphasizing the importance of completing online athletic registrations prior to the first day of practice.

One of the best parts of family ID is that it saves your information in your account. Once you register, all of the information will auto fill for future use. There are technical support representatives for Family ID who are available for any questions you have regarding the site. This partnership with Family ID will make registration for our admissions department and athletic department so much more efficient. We are very excited about the new program!
